Seated Neck and Shoulder Massage: (clothes on)

Whether you work a computer, at a desk, racing around after kids or do repetitive tasks at work that cause neck tension. At Positive Pain Solutions we have the solution for busy people.  Our qualified therapists use a specialised seated massage chair that allows your neck and shoulder to be placed in a position of relaxation.  When in this position, your therapist will use a series of non-painful specially formulated massage techniques to melt tight muscles away.

Our seated neck and shoulder is unique to Positive Pain Solutions and only takes 30 minutes.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD):

MLD is an extremely gentle, slow and rhythmic therapy.  This therapy is excellent in circumstances where other massage would be too painful.
